Founded by fisheries professional Cole Martin, Riverside Solutions is built on the belief that collaboration and shared experience are essential for the next generation of environmental monitoring and research. Having spent a lifetime working in and around rivers, we bring a deep respect for the resource and a commitment to improving fisheries and environmental monitoring wherever possible.

With over two decades of hands-on experience across field operations, design, telemetry systems, innovative weir approaches, population assessments, and remote power solutions, we support teams in building more reliable and sustainable monitoring programs throughout BC’s rivers and coastal watersheds.

We work collaboratively with First Nations, government agencies, consultants, and environmental organizations to ensure every project reflects ecological priorities and community values. Beyond fabrication, we contribute objective perspectives, practical problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset that helps strengthen workflows and reduce data loss.
